I was introduced to energy practice in the martial arts during my early teens which evolved into energy work for healing after a health crisis in my early twenties. Since then I've been fortunate to learn energy work and meditation, in its many different forms, from a number of people including Dr Bisong Guo, Master Lam Kam Chuen, the monks at Throssle Hole Buddhist Abbey and most importantly the healers at Bi-Aura® International. Over the years I've been influenced by Robert Bruce, for jail-breaking energy work, and Dr Reggie Ray, for bridging it to somatic meditation in the tantric tradition; I've used their work and much more to inform and develop my practice.

I've also delivered a webinar series, "Open the Paths to Healing & Wellbeing" and its follow-up, "Open the Paths to Conscious Evolution" that takes practitioners from connecting with, forming and moving their energy to more advanced practices like internal alchemy and an exploration of the nature of consciousness.

I currently work in education, although over the course of my career I've had jobs in engineering, manufacturing and business management. I also ran a martial arts club for 10 years. I like to draw on my broad experience to benefit my students and clients.

I'm passionate about the potential of energy for healing and human growth and as a practioner I'm available for in person or remote healing. As Senior Instructor & Head of CPD for Bi-Aura® International, I’m responsible for developing a structured curriculum which embodies best educational practice and stimulates continued learning.
