We at Bi-Aura® International are

  • United. We believe that we are better together. We seek to work in harmony and cooperation to everyone’s benefit.

  • Honourable. We seek to foster trust and respect as we uphold our values and ethics with professionalism.

  • Kind. We seek to do no harm and to show care for people, animals, and our environment.

  • Evolving. We seek continued growth, individually and collectively, for the betterment of ourselves and our world.

At Bi-Aura® International we believe equality is essential for all, regardless of race, creed, sexual orientation, or anything in the world that appears to divide us.

Our Code of Ethics In Practice

All of our Registered Bi-Aura® Therapy Practitioners receive instruction and make a promise to uphold our code of ethics in practice. We do our utmost to insure that our bio-energy therapists are competent, both as technicians of the work, and in the understanding of appropriate professional conduct to ensure a client’s safety.

Each of our Registered Bi-Aura® Therapy Practitioners understands that they are responsible for their practice of Bi-Aura® Therapy.

The purpose of this Code of Professional Conduct is to help our Bi-Aura® Therapy Practitioners to make professional decisions, to honour their responsibilities, and to promote the highest standards of professional behaviour.

Aims

It is the aim of Registered Bi-Aura® Therapy Practitioners to give the highest standard of care possible to their Practice Members (‘Practice Members’ from here out designating ‘clients’ or ‘patients’) and any circumstances or set of circumstances which could place either the practice members, the facility in which the Therapy Practitioner works, or Bi-Aura® International in jeopardy should be immediately made known to Bi-Aura® International.

Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism

Here at Bi-Aura International®, it’s our intention to foster a safe and inclusive educational space and community through open communication, listening with compassion and humility, and mutual respect for all beliefs and backgrounds. We welcome people from all races, nationalities, socio-economic backgrounds, ages, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities, as well as cultural, political, religious, and other affiliations.

The Registered Bi-Aura® Therapy Practitioner must treat their Practice Members and other Practitioners fairly and without discrimination. They must promote equality in line with relevant equality, human rights and anti-discrimination legislation. They must never allow their personal views about gender, age, ethnicity, disability, sexuality, social or economic status, lifestyle, cultural or religious beliefs affect how they treat or advise a client. They must ensure clients with disabilities have access to treatment, where practicable.

Sharing the same beliefs as your fellow students and members is not a requirement to study or hold membership with us, yet treating others with kindness, dignity, and respect is.

Our primary mission is to educate about bio-energy healing, which includes discussing socioeconomic factors that affect health, safety, and freedom. A healing practitioner cannot truly practice holistic therapy without encountering the impact of the stress, violence, and discrimination that many people of our world are subjected to. If a person isn’t safe–or faces discrimination that affects their access to basic necessities and optimal health care–because of their race, religion, age, ability, sexual orientation, or gender identity, then their health is affected.

At Bi-Aura International®  We seek to continually learn about how to bring more diversity to our team, to become a more inclusive training school, and to make all of our spaces welcoming for healing practitioners and students of all backgrounds.

Humility, openness, listening, learning, and compassion need to be at the helm. We hope by being transparent we can offer our students and community insight into where we stand. We strive to avoid engaging in optics or tokenization, and instead aim to embody our commitment to equity.

We have a zero-tolerance policy in our student forums and on our social media pages for those who refute the presence of systemic racism or dismiss the relevance of discussions on eradicating racism, discrimination, and bigotry in healing spaces and the world at large. We monitor and moderate these spaces diligently to ensure they are as safe and respectful as possible. Our evolving definition of discrimination is based on our growth as individuals and as a business in understanding our role as it relates to systemic racism.

Our team engages in ongoing professional development related to diversity and equity. We know this The work is ongoing and ever-evolving, and our team and members must be diligent and committed to our continued personal and professional growth along these lines.
